Designed as a 3 coat process on tile roofs, the roofs are first power washed clean then a 3 coat application system is applied. In most cases, 1 coat of Nutech penetrating sealer NuPrime is used, followed by two top coats of either Tileflex enhanced with self-cleaning nano-technology OR NXT Cool Zone that helps keep the building cool by reflecting the infrared heat radiation from the sun.
MY Roof Restoration check all tiles, remove and replace broken/damaged tiles, rub-rock ridge tiles to a smooth edge ready for rebedding and repointing ridge tiles, checking and reporting on the condition of roof valleys, rain gutters and downpipes.
Roof cleaning with industrial strength high pressure cold water blasters tackles the tough task of washing away moss, mould, lichen, greasy and unstable surfaces.
Professionally cleaning the roof surface, ensuring adequate drying time, painting in the right weather, at the right time of day, ensures a stable fix for the new roof paint to prevent premature breakdown and maximizes paint life and roof protection.

Depending on the type and condition of your existing roof tiles we use a range of different Nutech Primers which are ideal for priming powdery, oxidised and weathered surfaces to promote a good inter-coat designed to create a stable surface for all Nutech exterior durable roof coating products.
Nutech’s Tile Roof Primers include Elite Terracotta Primer, NuPrime, Master Sealer, GP Primer and SupaPrime all with different properties and applications.
NXT Cool Zone roof coating. All the benefits of Tileflex plus NXT Cool Zone is a roof coating that helps to keep the building cool by reflecting the infrared heat radiation from the sun.

A final inspection of the roof is undertaken with a Certificate of Warranty provided in keeping with the Nutech Tile Roof Restoration System chosen by you.
